How I can clean my watch black rubber white dye?

Suppose you have this wonderful show with a white rubber bracelet, and used it once. It seems that the black dye of my coat, the friction with the white rubber watch tinged bluish! I have tried soap and water and white toothpaste. Nothing. Not even do better. I think a cream to clean the surfaces of computer screens and printers, but not know his name. Hairspray works wonder the pen. Maybe it will work in their work, too. Otherwise, try baking soda and a toothbrush.
